At Suncara each product is created specifically for your order, which means we cannot take back or exchange items for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty only, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@suncara.com with the subject line "REFUND REQUEST" and include clear photos of the issue. Once we review and approve your request, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item.
